Complaint Resolution Process for Students Enrolled in DSU Online Programs
Delaware State University (DSU) is committed to providing the best possible services for all of our students. We will work expeditiously to try to resolve student complaints with any aspect of our online programs. Please contact the Office of Distance Education and Learning Technologies at DSUOnline@desu.edu.
While the Distance Education office will faithfully work with any student to resolve complaints, in the event that a student is not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, the student may also contact the Delaware Department of Education.
Delaware State University (DSU) is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. We fully comply with all policies and guidelines. Continuity of Operations
Delaware State University (DSU) has a variety of internal policies designed to ensure the safety of students and continuity of operations. Policies are administered through our Enterprise Risk Management Office. Such policies are in accordance with DSU Board of Trustees guidelines and adhere to policies and standards administered by the Delaware Department of Education and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
