The Delaware Division of Public Health, Health Equity Bureau is collaborating with Delaware State University’s IHER Center CED Core to create a Delaware Health Equity Report. The Health Equity Report will be designed for multiple audiences and will emphasize conditions for optimal health outcomes across the vital conditions: thriving natural world, basic needs for health and safety, humane housing, meaningful work and wealth, lifelong learning, and reliable transportation. Click here to learn more about the vital conditions. The Delaware Health Equity report will also emphasize efforts to improve health that can be taken by government agencies, community serving organizations, communities, and individuals. The overall theme is the joy of health and well-being. We want to supplement our data, charts, and graphs with images of real people living their best lives in Delaware.
