As a result of a lapse in appropriation, no one in VA office dealing with VA benefits are able to continue performing their duties and responsibilities at the Department of Veterans Affairs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You may leave a message and someone will respond when appropriations are in place, and they are able return to a duty status. If this is an urgent matter, there are many VA services that remain operational and may be able to assist you.
